I stumbled across this while browsing through Instagram the other day. I immediately searched for it — to buy online.

The 4hour workweek is about creating the life of your dreams. A life that you’ve always wanted to live. The author refers to the as a mini-retirement. The author says it is possible to take a mini-retirement before you turn sixty.

We are currently living in the digital era wherein almost everything happens online. To be NR (New Rich), you can create a life in which you earn an income while still travel the world.

This book couldn’t have come at the right time when the world is currently facing a global pandemic. The pandemic has forced people around the world to switch the normal way of working into virtual. Now, more people are working from home, but, this didn’t mean the 9–5 work setup has changed. This book is advocating for changing your life. The 4-HWW is about encouraging people to escape the rat race of 9–5 and to make money while traveling the world.

He goes on to give tips on how to automate most of the mundane thing that takes most of our time. Start by minimizing the impulse checking of email now and then. And if your work is taking most of your time, how do you ask your employer to allow you to work from home. even though this is the case of companies since the pandemic started. Many companies are allowing the staff to work from home. According to the author, asking for a permanent working from home set-up will allow you to have time to spend with your family.

This book gives practical steps and tips on how to escape the rat race of 9–5 eight hours five days per work.
